The Bodmer Lab has inaugurated a new site dedicated to making more than 900 documents digitised from the Martin Bodmer collection available online.

Previously, site visitors would reach a “follow-up” site, making it possible to stay up to date with the progress of our work and public events.

Now, the digitisations are freely accessible. They are paired with a large amount of content produced by researchers from all over the world. Each document is linked to two overarching contexts: its “constellation,” which highlights its cultural importance, and the context of world literature—the keystone of the Bibliotheca Bodmeriana.

This site is built to evolve. We plan to enrich the existing constellations. We will add additional constellations—some of which are already in preparation. And we will find—perhaps with your help!—new uses and functionalities.
